the report on the accident that involved Neno Evangelism Center Pastor Ng’ang’a handed to Director of Public Prosecution has revealed shocking details of how the man of God escaped from the scene of the accident.

The report puts several police officers at the center of Ng’ang’a’s escape and recommends legal action against the officers.
According to the report, Patrick Nzioka, Police Airwings Inspector was with Ng’ang’a at the time of the accident and acted as his bodyguard.
When the accident occurred, the insurance to Ng’ang’a’s Range Rover had expired but Nzioka and another junior officers hurriedly organised for a new insurance sticker.
Nzioka was to later present someone else, Simon Kuria, as the driver who was behind the wheels when the accident occurred, killing a woman.
Nzioka thus faces a possible three-year jail term if found guilty of conspiring to cover-up Ng’ang’a from responsibility after he caused the accident
The Neno Evangelism Center pastor had denied being at the scene of the accident but after a police probe, evidence placed him at the crime scene.
The report ordered by Joseph Boinett, Inspector General of Police has recommended that the pastor be charged for causing death through dangerous driving.
Wesly Kipkoech, a police constable on the other hand is accused in the report of negotiating with his colleagues on behalf of pastor Ng’ang’a, apparently to cover up the matter.

Kipkoech had just taken over form another police officer , Alexander Kitonga in heading the negotiations that would ultimately see the Neno Evangelism Center preacher cleared from the accident scene.
Initially, reported how Criminal Investigators deleted call logs of Ng’ang’a’s calls before,during and after the accident in a broad cover-up strategy that would make it impossible to tell the preacher’s location.
The report is currently with Keriako Tobiko, who is expected to make a final decision on whether their enough evidence to charge the Neno Evangelism Center pastor.
